Not every leader is ready—or able—to commit to the full Townsend Leadership Program (TLP). That’s why E4 was created: a powerful, four-month leadership experience for high-capacity professionals who want meaningful growth without an overwhelming time or financial investment. This invitation-only cohort offers a focused, personalized environment designed to help you lead with greater confidence, clarity, and relational intelligence—skills that will serve you both in work and in life.
Meeting just one Thursday a month from 8:30 AM–5 PM, E4 combines the proven Townsend Leadership principles with interactive coaching, experiential learning, and real-world application. Each session builds on the last, helping you strengthen self-awareness, sharpen decision-making, and develop the emotional maturity that distinguishes exceptional leaders. Lunch is provided, and participants also receive four private coaching sessions for deeper integration and support. (Register before November 30, 2025 to receive a bonus fifth private coaching session.)
Because each E4 cohort is intentionally curated for both competence and chemistry, participation is by interview and invitation only.
